Our Terms and Conditions
Please note that our minimum charge is for one hour, and your time will start as soon as we arrive at your destination. We will then load your goods into our van, and once all your belongings are safe and secure, we will head to your chosen destination.
1. Long-Distance Removals - The first 10 miles are free of charge, for journeys above 10 miles there will be an extra charge to cover fuel costs..
2. Access and Parking - The quotation assumes ease of access and parking adjacent to the property for loading and unloading.
3 Please make sure on the day of your move you have the keys ready for the other property, failure to do so will effect your quote and you will be charged at an hourly rate for the wait.
4. Please note that our staff will assist you all the way through your move, you are entitled to instruct them to drop your belongings anywhere you you'd like.
5. We do not provide services such as disconnecting electrical appliances.
6. Standard Goods in Transit Insurance included for goods up to £10,000 in total value, if your belongings exceed the amount stated, please let us know in advance so we can insure your goods at your total value.
7. Our men are professional and highly trained, please feel free to ask for assistance with anything you need help with whilst you have hired them.
8. We exclude liability for jewellery and other similar items. Jewellery, cash, and other related items should not be included for removal.
9. We exclude liability for owner-packed goods other than negligence.
10. Please make sure on the day of your move you have the keys ready for the other property, failure to do so will effect your quote and you will be charged on an hourly rate for the wait.
